HOME IN MY BODY:
A Wild & Safe Journey through Somatic Release

Return to the Body: 11 Days of Deep Inner Transformation
Do you feel constantly projected toward the needs of others?
Do you feel that your body has become an armor of tension that you cannot release?
Most people live "outside" of their bodies, enslaved by mental patterns, guilt, and chronic fatigue.

This retreat is not a vacation. It is a process of reclamation.
In 11 days of deep work, we will explore your inner landscape. Together, we will soften the physical and emotional tensions that block your vitality. Through somatic awareness, movement, meditation, Individual 1:1 de-armoring, somatic bodywork session (by schedule), and commitment, we will restore safety and peace within your body, allowing you to return home to yourself with a new-found strength.

WHY PARTICIPATE?
  • Reclaim your center:Stop leaking energy and learn to set boundaries that protect your physical and emotional integrity.
  • Free the body: Dissolve the muscular armor that holds repressed anger, fear, and stress, allowing your vitality to flow once again.
  • Total alignment: Unify what you think, what you feel, and how you move through the world.
  • Individual and group focus : a journey that combines the power of collective work with the depth of a one-to-one De-armoring session (deep Somatic Bodywork )
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

Daily Schedule
  • Energy Practice (Morning)
Each day begins with a gentle yet powerful Energy Routine inspired by Energy Medicine. Through simple movements and awareness, you restore the natural flow of energy in the body, support the nervous system, and create a sense of grounding and clarity. This practice helps release stagnation, increase vitality, and bring balance to your emotional state. It’s an easy, practical tool you can integrate into daily life to stay centered, focused, and connected.
  • Somatic Release Yoga (Daytime)
These classes are designed to help you release tension and stored emotions through the body. Combining breathwork, mindful movement, and deep awareness, the practice gradually moves from active to slow and grounding. You are invited to feel rather than perform, allowing sensations and emotions to arise and move. This approach creates a safe space for natural release, helping you reconnect with your body and experience a deeper sense of openness and freedom.
  • De-Armoring
Somatic Bodywork for Deep Release and Nervous System Regulation. A deep somatic process designed to release physical and emotional tension stored in the body. These layers — often formed through life experiences, unresolved emotions, or incomplete protective responses — can remain held within the nervous system and tissues over time. Through conscious touch, breath, and embodied awareness, the body is gently invited into safety. This allows long-held patterns to soften, unwind, and gradually release without force. The session supports a natural process of opening, where the body is not pushed, but listened to. Sensations, emotions, and internal movements are allowed to arise and integrate at their own pace, creating space for regulation, grounding, and reconnection. This work invites a return to a more natural state of presence, softness, and inner vitality.
  • Gratitude Practice (Evening)
Each evening closes with a Gratitude Practice — a powerful way to shift your focus and energy. Instead of dwelling on what is missing, you learn to recognize and feel what is already present in your life. This practice trains both mind and body to attune to the positive, creating a new inner state of appreciation and balance. Over time, it supports emotional well-being, inner harmony, and a more open, receptive way of experiencing life.

About the teacher

Nastassja Ugolini — Holistic therapist
Specialized in somatic bodywork & embodiment, pelvic floor release, and nervous system regulation.
My journey into healing, natural medicine, and bodywork began through my own lived experience. For years, I struggled with chronic pain and complex physical symptoms that did not have clear answers or effective resolution. This long and challenging period became a profound turning point—an invitation to reconnect with my body and explore healing beyond conventional approaches.

This awakening led me to study psychosomatics, somatic therapies, and natural and alternative medicine in different countries. Over time, I deepened my training and clinical experience, gradually developing my own integrative approach—a holistic method that works with the body, emotions, and inner state as one interconnected system.

Today, I work as a holistic therapist, somatic practitioner, and retreat facilitator, guiding people through transformative experiences in both one-to-one sessions and immersive retreat environments. My work creates a space where deep inner processes can unfold safely, supported by presence, awareness, and embodied guidance.
At the core of my approach is deep somatic bodywork and de-armoring: a precise and intuitive process focused on releasing chronic tension, suppressed emotions, and protective patterns stored in the body. This work supports the nervous system in returning to safety, allowing energy, breath, and life force to flow more freely.
I specialize in supporting people with complex and often misunderstood conditions such as vulvodynia, fibromyalgia, KPU (pyroluria), and ADHD, as well as chronic pain, psychosomatic symptoms, and long-standing emotional and physical imbalances. My work goes beyond symptom relief—it invites a deeper exploration of the root causes expressed through the body and lived experience.

Whether in individual sessions or retreat settings, I create grounded and safe spaces where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be fully met—not only through words, but through your body, sensations, and inner truth.

Healing is not a quick fix, but a process of awareness, regulation, and transformation. I am here to support you on this journey—helping you reconnect with your body, restore inner stability, and return to a deeper sense of wholeness.
